FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: intermediate layer of the bearing is made up of grid strips interwoven so that spiral axes are parallel to the width of the cloth and coiled butt into the belt with coiling angle of 45. The width of strips is larger than or equal to the length of the bearing and determined by a relationship available in the invention description. The number of strips are minimum. The ends of the belt are folded under in the direction of coiling so that the faces of the belt are parallel and inclined at 45 deg to its axis. The belt is coiled into flat spiral so that its faces are arranged butt one above another. The intermediate flexible layer of the bearing can also be formed with some rectangular belts which are stacked so that, in adjacent layers of the belt, axes of wire spirals are mutually perpendicular, and each rectangular belt is made up of two belts having the length which are differ from each other by a value no less than coiling pitch of the flat spiral. The belts are stacked so that axes of the spirals in adjacent layers of the grid are mutually perpendicular and the whole area of the short flat spiral at any cross-section is provided with four grid layers. The ends of the long flat spiral are folded under to provide butt position of its faces with respect to the faces of the short flat spiral. EFFECT: improved structure. 4 cl, 7 dwg
