SUBSTANCE: the product includes macrolidic compounds of the formula I wherein R¹ is isopropyl; R²= OR⁵; R³ is H, OR⁵= OC(O)R⁶, OR⁶= C₁-C₄ is alkyl unsubstituted or substituted by phenoxy or C₃-C₅-cycloalkyl or OR⁷ wherein R⁷= C₁-C₄ alkyl unsubstituted or substituted by C₃-C₅-cycloalkyl; or C₃-C₅- alkenyl; OR⁴ is OH. OC(O)R^4a wherein is R^4a-C₁-C₄-alkyl. Reagent 1: a compound of the formula I wherein R² and OR⁴ one or both are OH. Reagent 2: a compound of the formula: R⁶-C(O)OH or R^4a-C(OH), or R⁷Y wherein Y= Cl, Br or J. Compound of the formula I reduce the number of helminths by more than 80% at an application rate of 10 mg/kg.
