FIELD: in agriculture, more specifically as nematodic agents for treating animals and humans affected with endoparasites and/or fungal infection and also as a pesticide. SUBSTANCE: the product includes macrolidic compounds of the formula I wherein R1 is isopropyl; R2= OR5; R3 is H, OR5= OC(O)R6, OR6= C1-C4 is alkyl unsubstituted or substituted by phenoxy or C3-C5-cycloalkyl or OR7 wherein R7= C1-C4 alkyl unsubstituted or substituted by C3-C5-cycloalkyl; or C3-C5- alkenyl; OR4 is OH. OC(O)R4a wherein is R4a-C1-C4-alkyl. Reagent 1: a compound of the formula I wherein R2 and OR4 one or both are OH. Reagent 2: a compound of the formula: R6-C(O)OH or R4a-C(OH), or R7Y wherein Y= Cl, Br or J. Compound of the formula I reduce the number of helminths by more than 80% at an application rate of 10 mg/kg.
