FIELD: physics, applied magnetooptics. SUBSTANCE: cellular structure has a non-magnetic substrate onto which a magnetic uniaxial material layer is applied. Monodomain regions are made in the form of depressions with flat bottom of thickness h not exceeding 0.7 l, where l is a characteristic length of material. Saturation magnetization and/or uniaxial anisotropic constant vary along the depression bottom thickness by at least 10% of their average values. EFFECT: improved quality. 1 dwg
