Film 2 has composition BixPry Er3-x-yFe5-zGazO12, where 0,3≅x≅2,1;y≅0,5;1,1≅z≅1,7. EFFECT: achievement of easy-plane anisotropy and increase of Faraday effect. 5 cl, 1 dwg
