FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: molybdenum-containing ores were concentrated by flotation method preparing high-quality molybdenite concentrate. Then molybdenite concentrate is subjected for two-stage treatment with concentrated sulfuric acid (for 2-6 h at the first stage) with ammonium fluoride addition at 60-80 C, and then - with nitric acid solution at the second stage (concentration is 50-300 g/l).
