The device is equipped with a resilient permeable shell made of material with the regular microrelief of the surface in the form of a removable jacket and mounted on the bars. The ends of the shell jacket are gripped between the outer cone-shaped members and the inner cone-shaped surfaces of the ring-shaped surfaces of additional ring-shaped members. The shell is made of antifriction textile material whose right side has fibers on the warp of polytetrafluoroethylene.
