FIELD: analysis of composite materials. SUBSTANCE: this method of analysis includes preparation of samples, excitation of radiation of investigated material and decomposition of it into spectrum, processing of obtained spectrograms and finding of mass fraction of element in samples. In compliance with method surface of cross-section of composite material is used for preparation of sample which is machined to standard roughness not exceeding 20 μm. Excitation of radiation is carried out with electric discharge under mode of expressed selectivity of erosion of matrix and mass fraction of element is found by optical emission method.
