FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has upper vessel connected to cooling water supply system and pelletizer formed as coil positioned in upper vessel. Pellet forming liquid is flowing progressively within coil at constant speed. Coil is connected via pipeline with device for discharging pellet forming liquid. This device has electrically driven pump, which is adapted for providing permanent circulation of pellet forming liquid. Basic solution supplying branch pipe is disposed in pelletizer wall at the outer side of upper vessel. Heating member is positioned in front of basic solution supply branch pipe in the course of flowing of pellet forming liquid. Outlet end of pelletizer is led under pellet forming liquid body into cooling water in separating vessel. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 cl, 1 dwg
