FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this magnetically controlled carrier of medicinal substances is characterized in that its sorbing part is made in the form of separate sorbent particles and magnetic part is made in the form of porous film covering these particles and permeable to molecules of medicinal substances. Method for manufacture of magnetically controlled carrier of medicinal substances is characterized in that sorbing portion of preset size is either suspended or manufactured by comminuting sorbent to desired particle size and magnetic film is applied to surface of sorbent particle. Charcoal may be used as sorbent. Magnetic film may be made of magnetic alloy based on iron, cobalt and other microelements and including platinum. Magnetic film is applied to surface of sorbent particle by method of electrolytic deposition in amount of 20 to 80 % by mass of single particle. EFFECT: excellent results.
