FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: milled raw is extracted with organic solvent following by solvent distillation and blending with vegetable oil. Extraction with organic solvent is carried out at the ratio of raw and solvent at the range 1:20-1:300 for 2-4 h; blending of extract with vegetable oil is carried out at the ratio (0.15:1)-(0.8:1) following by mixture homogenization at environment temperature by pulsating pressure at frequency 2700-3000 Hz for 8-10 min. EFFECT: improved method of sea buckthorn oil preparing.
