FIELD: fat- and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: vegetable stock is loaded into extractor. All volumes are evacuated and filled with gas phase of extractant carrier. Then, all extractors, in series beginning from the first extractor, are filled with liquefied phase of extractant carrier. Owing to extraction of phosphatide substances from vegetable stock, complex extractant is obtained. It is fed into extractors in reverse direction beginning from the last extractor. Resulting miscella is mixed with blended oil in evaporator connected to neutral gas source. Gas is bubbled through oil removing extractant carrier and drying product. EFFECT: increased stability of vitamin and oil preparations by enriching them with vitamins F, E, C, and A, carotene, etc. 5 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
