FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: densimeter has cylindrical vessel; there is overfill cylinder inside the vessel. Float is placed into the overflow cylinder. Densimeter is provided with ohmmeter and suspension which is made in form of resilient expanding cord. Two wires of the cord are made of electro-conducting rubber and connected together at their lower part. Envelope and isolation between the wires of the cord are made of resilient isolation material, for example, of rubber or latex. Top end of the cord is attached to cap of cylindrical vessel. Lower end of the cord is fastened to the float. Top ends of wires are connected with ohmmeter. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 2 cl, 4 dwg
