SUBSTANCE: rotational viscosimeter has vessel with inlet and outlet branch pipes, cylindrical body mechanically coupled to synchronous motor and another cylindrical body put with clearance uniaxially to first one on shaft rotating freely and located in vessel. Second end of shaft is coupled with the aid of pulley to torque meter. Torque meter is manufactured in the form of ohmmeter and conductor made of conductive rubber and encapsulated in shell produced from dielectric elastic material.
