SUBSTANCE: thermal control is conducted thanks to use of heat of phase transformation "melting-crystallization" of substance which is placed in space of battery and is kept in two-phase state during operational mode providing from relationship between masses of melted and crystallized phase within range of 10-15:1. Prior to storage or charging battery is enclosed in constant-temperature cabinet decreasing heat release to environment and providing for gradual crystallization of melt of substance in space of battery.
