FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: for cocktail production blended are 65.8-% sugar syrup, honey, citric acid, apple fortified juice, color and tartrazine. Blend is aged and bottled. Before blending, a part of apple fortified juice is separated, and aromatic alcohol of lemon oil is aged in it in ratio 1:1, and introduced in blend at the stage of its ageing. Prepared cocktail has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: apple fortified juice, 490-510; aromatic alcohol of lemon oil, 200-220; honey, 9.5-10.5; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1600-1700; and also cocktail has, kg/1000 dal: color, 9.5-10.5; tartrazine, 0.013-0.016; citric acid, up to mass concentration of acids in prepared product, g/100 cu.cm, 0.2; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance.
