Abstract RU 2031986 C1

FIELD: production of CO2-lazer elements. SUBSTANCE: zinc selenide is precipitated of gas phase. The process is carried out in reactor having support. Said reactor is heated, streams of zinc and hydrogen selenide vapours are fed on its support at ratio 0.8-1.3. Said support is heated to 670-700 C, pressure inside reactor being 6-10 Torr. Expense of hydrogen selenide is 35-42 mmol/min·cm2. Concentration of small (having diameter less 50 μm) volume defects in thus prepared selenide is (0,7-1,2)·103cm-3 of large (having diameter more 50 μm) volume defects concentration. EFFECT: decreases coefficient of absorption of support, decreases concentration of volume defects. 1 tbl
