FIELD: measuring equipment, in particular, laser interferometric, applicable for checking of geometric parameters of objects in machine-tool industry, instrument making and machine building. SUBSTANCE: claimed method for checking of optical interaction with the object is featured by active three-dimensional (dimensions of quantity 3D) contactless feeding of the object under check in a 2π angular sector, solid rad. The direction of propagation of the light beam is defined, and the three-dimensional trajectory, checking line (at a continuous scanning by a light beam, or the series of spatial checking points (at a pulse scanning by a light beam) at conducting of coordinate measurement are formed by control of the direction of checking.
