FIELD: acoustics. SUBSTANCE: process consists in formation of electrodes with anode treatment of silicon, in successive galvanic precipitation of films of palladium and other metal on electrodes, in separation of metal film from electrodes by heating up to 100 C in atmosphere of hydrogen for the course of 0.5-1.0 h. EFFECT: enhanced productivity, facilitated manufacture.
