FIELD: railway rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: fitted inside rubber-cord envelope 1 secured on lower plate 2 and upper plate 3 torus-shaped flexibly deformable member 10. Vibration damping throttling device is installed in pipeline connecting inner space of air spring with additional reservoir. Vibration damping device has cylindrical twin-cone throttle 12, rod 14 coupled with upper plate of air spring and twin-cone bushing 18 with thickening in center fitted on rod 14. Electropneumatic valve 24 is installed on additional reservoir 23 to supply compressed air to air spring. EFFECT: enhanced vibration protection of locomotives and rolling stock. 1 dwg
