FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: pneumohydraulic damper includes hollow cylinder with covers, hollow rod with outer end, piston rigidly connected with rod and provided with central hole; piston divides cavity of cylinder into rod end and rodless end; arranged coaxially in cavity of rod is throttling bush rigidly connected with rod; it also includes guide rod and throttling member mounted for longitudinal motion relative to guide rod; it is also provided with additional piston having calibrated orifice; it is connected with one end of guide rod. Rod end and rodless end are filled with compressed gas and liquid each. They are filled with liquid to such level that up and down strokes of piston for completely forcing the gas out of cavities lie within 1.1 to 1.3 of probable magnitude of amplitude of fluctuations in operation. Additional piston is mounted in that portion of rodless end which is filled with liquid forming above-piston and under-piston chambers.
