FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: damper has rubber-cord shells filled with compressed air and baffle interposed between the shells. The baffle is provided with an orifice. A rod with a step passes through the orifice. The ends of the rod are connected with the opposite end faces of the rubber-cord shells. The cross-sections of the torus-like flexible rings of each shell are ellipses. The rings are positioned inside the respective spaces of the rubber- cord shells. The rod is provided with a distant bushing. A double-cone bushing is mounted on the rod between the bushing and the step of the rod for permitting axial movement in the orifice made in the baffle. EFFECT: enhanced damping. 1 dwg
