FIELD: production of phosphate binder. SUBSTANCE: method involves stirring of magnesium hydroxide-carbonate with phosphoric and hydrochloric acid at heating at their molar ratio [MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·H2O]:H3PO4:HCl=1:(1,8-2,2):(2,0-2,4) = 1:(1.8-2.2):(2.0-2.4). Properties of obtained binder: density is 1,38-1,41 g/cm3, viscosity is 0.01-0.04 Pa x s, precrystallization period is above 1 year, compression strength limit is 89.1-102.0 MPa. Binder is used for high-strength heat-resistant compositions with low hardening temperature. EFFECT: improved method of binder preparing. 1 tbl
