FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes hot rolling of slabs at regulated temperature of final deformation, cooling, heating up to normalization temperature of 840-860 C, cooling and subsequent tempering with heating and regulated, rate. To increase stability of cold saws, deformation is discontinued at temperature of 1050-1100 C, heating up to normalization temperature is carried out at rate of 23-28 C/min and high-temperature tempering is accomplished at heating rate of 16-17 C/min up to 710-730 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 tbl
