FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel has additionally nitrogen and aluminium at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carbon 0.14-0.22; manganese 0.40-0.65; silicon 0.20-0.32; nitrogen 0.006-0.009; aluminium 0.015-0.22, and iron - the rest. Ratio aluminium:nitrogen = 2.0-2.5. EFFECT: increased creep limit, ductility, impact tenacity at temperatures below -70 C, impact elasticity after mechanical ageing, enhanced safety of building structures, decreased weight and cost. 2 tbl
