FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: length of leukocytic cloud in two series of capillaries is measured. Said capillaries filled by centrifuged heparinized blood are incubated in thermostat. One series is incubated in vertical position, other is incubated in centrifuge being switched on. Then density of plasma is measured. Leukocytic formula and estimating index are calculated according to formula given in specification. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 dwg, 4 tbl
