SUBSTANCE: paste for manufacture of thick-film resistors containing a current-conducting phase based on ruthenium and niobium oxides, dielectric phase based on two borosilicate glasses, and an organic binder based on a solution of ethylcellulose in α - terpineol, additionally contains chromium oxide (0.005 to 0.500 mass number) and titanium dioxide (0.005 to 1.00 mass number) in the current-conducting phase, and ruthenium and niobium oxides are used as a compound conforming to general formula Ru1-xNbxO2,, where 0,0005 ≅ x ≅ 0,5, the components are taken in the following quantitative relations, mass number: current-conducting phase - 10 to 65, dielectric phase - 10 to 65, organic binder - 24 to 35. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of resistors with a rated resistance range from 10 Ohms/cm2 to 1 Mohm/cm2, with a temperature coefficient within 10-6, the spread of rated resistance values of resistors being lower by 4 to 10 times. 1 tbl
