FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to use of a compound of chemical formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an electrochemiluminescent coreagent. In the chemical formula, IR1 and R2 can be identical or different from each other and can be selected from a group consisting of C1-C6 unbranched or C3-C6 branched alkyl group. Also disclosed is an electrochemiluminescent system containing said compound, a method for detecting electrochemiluminescence using an electrochemiluminescent system and a kit for electrochemiluminescent immunoassay or molecular diagnostics.
EFFECT: use of a compound of formula I provides fast and accurate detection using an electrochemiluminescent signal, improves potential (or voltage) conditions for luminescence and can increase efficiency of luminescence when used in low concentration, and, therefore, electrochemiluminescent co-reagent can be widely used in various immunoassays and diagnostic devices based on them, as well as in methods of chemical analysis and diagnostic devices based thereon.
