FIELD: medicinal biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: viral antigens were detected in examined material directly, and material is heated at constant swinging at 38 C for 35-40 min. After this specimen is centrifuged at 1500 rev/min for 5 min and then repeatedly at 3000 rev/min for 15 min. Then complement binding reaction with specific antisera is performed. Reaction result is estimated by spectrophotometry method on the basis of color index of erythrocyte lysis depending on the level of catalase released from red cells.
