FIELD: medical instruments production. SUBSTANCE: method to produce stainless steel tail medical instrument provides for mechanical working, bending under room temperature, heating with speed of 100 - 500 C/s, to 990 - 1120 C, formation under room temperature by stamping of instrument working part with its following hardening with speed of cooling 30 - 450 C/s, finishing, vacuum tempering under temperature of 310 - 360 C during 40 - 60 minutes under vacuum degree of 10-2-10-4 mmHg. Spraying of titanium nitride or zircon nitride on working part is exercised in process of vacuum tempering, if it is required. It is recommended to exercise tempering with ionoplasma spraying of titanium nitride under temperature of 370 - 440 C during 5 - 7 minutes. Method also provides for HF and vacuum heating and cooling in potassium nitrate smelting or in liquid nitrogen. EFFECT: method is used in medical instruments production. 8 cl, 1 tbl
