FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: activity of Na+ and phase of K-AT in blood erythrocytes are determined at 35 C depending upon concentration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). If constant of Michaelisi (KM)1,07·10-5 ± 4,55·10-7 M ATP then exacerbation of multiple sclerosis is predicted, if said constant is 0,83·10-5 ± 3,57·10-7 then remission is predicted. EFFECT: simplifies the method, increases reliability of forecast.
