FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: input window of X-ray vidicon is produced in the form of profiled beryllium disc having thickness minimal but sufficient to ensure mechanical strength over diameter equal to diameter of photolayer applied to polished surface of disc. Film of material having good adhesion to indium and beryllium, for instance SiO2 or SiN is applied on annular groove in zone of disc joining with bulb of vidicon with the aid of indium seal and on disc. EFFECT: 2-6 fold improvement of sensitivity of X-ray vidicon in the region of soft X-ray radiation, simplified manufacturing technology. 1 dwg
