SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a method for manufacturing a vacuum-tight beryllium outlet window for X-ray radiation using soldered joints of dissimilar metals with beryllium, and can be used in the manufacture of X-ray tubes. An increase in the vacuum density of the outlet window of the X-ray tube and its heat resistance is a technical result of the invention, which is achieved due to the fact that the proposed method includes the manufacture of a beryllium disc and a rim from monel and their soldering, while chemical preparation for soldering is carried out using a silver-containing solder, for which Before soldering, a thin layer of nickel film is applied to the monel frame, and silver with an impurity content of not more than 0.2% is used as the silver-containing solder, in addition, soldering is carried out in a technological hydrogen environment. A layer of a thin nickel film can be made in the form of a ring located in the soldering zone of the beryllium disk.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the resource of the X-ray tube.
