FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: eye lens has an optical member and diametrically opposed symmetric supporting members making the same angle with the optical axis of the optical member, selected in the range of 45-80 degrees, depending on anatomical parameters of an eye. With the elastic supporting members spaced in ciliary sulcus of eye and the optical member of the lens placed on the posterior crystalline capsule of the natural lens, expanding and tonic tension of crystalline ligaments are insured providing in it's turn a starting point in regulating the action on the eye accommodation muscle under the influence of a dynamic eye refraction system error signal and in this way resulting in accommodation of the optic system of an aphakic eye approaching to its state in natural conditions.
