FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used for elimination of Zinn's ligaments (ZL) laxity and lens sublaxation of the first degree, accompanied by abruption of ZL on limited segment (not more than two time meridians) on eyes with implanted intraocular lens (IOL) or in course of its implantation. Endoscopic laser coagulation of ciliary body processes directly in projection of ZL laxity and in case of their abruption - in meridians, adjacent to localisation of absent ZL, is performed. Coagulation of ciliary processes is accompanied by reduction of their length, pulling to flat part of ciliary body and tightening of preserved ZL. It results in tightening and stabilisation of lens capsule position and reduction of its mobility.
EFFECT: stabilisation of IOL position in capsule sac increases.
