FIELD: diamond extraction. SUBSTANCE: parental material is treated with reagent providing formation of incorporation compound. Prepared product is subjected for thermic treatment for conversion of incorporation compound to expanded graphite by heating its at the rate 50-500 degree/s up to 200-800 C, and diamond and expanded graphite were separated in aqueous medium by density. A mixture of aluminium chloride with chlorine or ferrous chloride, or potassium bichromate with sulfuric acid were used as a reagent. EFFECT: improved method of processing. 3 cl
