FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: homogeneous granular fertilizer contains (mass percent):urea - 90 to 96; ammonium thiosulfate - 0.4 to 1.0; dicyandiamide - 1.4 to 3.0 and conditioning additive - the rest. Urea-formaldehyde, or ammonium polyphosphate, or 0.3 to 1.0 mass percent of phosphate compound is used as conditioning additive. Production of granular fertilizer, with granules sizing 0.84 to 4.75 mm, includes introduction of urea of dicyandimide and aqueous solution of ammonium thisulfate into melt or part of melt with a subsequent granulation of the melt mass; moisture content in the urea melt is maintained within 2 to 8 mass percent, and in case of introduction of conditioning additive - 4 mass percent. Phosphate compound is introduced into urea together with dicyandimide and ammonium thiosulfate. The above fertilizer is introduced into soil.
