The device is provided with a smoke-distributing partition mounted in a spaced relation to the casing side walls. The widths of the clearances are calculated from the following equation ΔX = l + (0.2 +/- 0.3) L, where l is the electrode length and L is spacing between the plane of attachment of the electrodes and the product. The electrodes are equidistant with one another. The density of their arrangement is 1-3 in every area of 25 cm, sg, and their length is l = 0.5 of a, where a is spacing between the electrodes.
