FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The installation consists of a body wherein an insulation plate with a system of ionising electrodes, a tank with the original product equipped with a drain valve and smoke fume inlet and outlet piping. Additionally, the installation is equipped with a product carrier designed in the form of a tray positioned so that to enable its installation (with the help of an adjustment device) at an angle ensuring technological parametres of the product movement across it in the form of a thin film. The lower part of the tray is positioned over the product collector wherein a bubbling device is installed. The insulation plate with ionising electrodes, installed parallel to the tray so that to enable adjustment of the distance between them with the help of collapsible insulators, is equipped with a chamber connected to the air delivery system and having holes at the insulators attachment spots. In the upper part of the body a partition is placed with an anti-adhesive coating separating the working zone and positioned around the insulation plate along its perimetre.

EFFECT: invention enables efficient liquid product electrostatic smoking.
