FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of die melt, mainly of aluminium alloy, mixing it with solid particles of reinforcing material introduced into the mass of molten die melt, then spraying the resulting mixture by ejection at a melt temperature 40-150 C higher than the liquidus temperature of the die melt and a gas temperature of 0.9 - 1.2 the liquidus temperature of the die melt at a pressure of 2-5 MPa. The resulting mixture in the form of a die with particles of reinforcing material dispersed therein is precipitated by spraying on a backing, producing a composite material with a high-quality precipitate weighing 100 kg and heavier with the yield of quality product reaching 96%.
