FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cutting out a blank, applying on its surface antiscore coating from soft metal and a lubricant, deforming the blank at several successive operations, annealing it and performing final operations of flanging, sizing and trimming. The metallic coating is being applied by chemical-thermic procession of the blank in salt melts of metal chlorides over 5-15 min; applying of copper coating is being performed at temperature (400-440)C in a salt melt, containing (%): CuCl (50-70), KCl (40-25), ZnCl2 (10-15). Applying of tin coating is being performed at temperature (240-440)C in salt melt, containing (%): SnCl2(85-95), KCl(7.5-9.5), NaCl(7.5- 2.5). Upon deforming the blank by drawing an annealing is being performed according to condition, given in description of the invention.
