FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, the method includes hot and cold plastic deformation using a process lubricant, intermediate and final annealing, which are carried out in a melt of metal chlorides, containing wt %: zinc chloride 50-70; potassium chloride 15-25; sodium chloride 15-25. According to the second version of the invention, the method includes hot and cold plastic deformation using a process lubricant, intermediate and final annealing, besides, the intermediate annealing is carried out in the melt of metal chlorides with the composition, wt %: zinc chloride 50-70; potassium chloride 15-25; sodium chloride 15-25, with simultaneous application onto a surface of an item of a zinc coating for 5-10 minutes, before the final annealing the applied zinc coating is removed, and final annealing is carried out in the melt of metal chlorides containing wt %: potassium chloride 40-60; sodium chloride 40-60.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify process of treatment of aluminium alloys due to reduction of time of intermediate and final annealing with preservation of plastic properties, to improve quality of items due to higher resistance to formation and development of microcracks.
