FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used during manufacturing of brazements made of corrosion-resistant steels and nickel alloys. After dehydration surfaces degreasing of jointed parts, removing from it oxide films, washing and drying on it is applied intermediate layer by means of jointed parts immersion into the melt of metals chloride. According to the first version, coating from the, melt of the following content, wt %: cuprous chloride 50-70, potassium chloride 25-40, zinc chloride 5-10, are applied at temperature 400-500°C during 5-15 minutes. According to the second version, coating made of melt of metal chlorides of a following content, wt %: tin chloride 85-95, potassium chloride 2.5-7.5, zinc chloride 2.5-7.5, are applied at temperature 240-440°C during 5-15 minutes.

EFFECT: simplification of receiving method of intermediate layer on parts surfaces made of corrosion-resistant steel and nickel alloys, allowing poor solderability, with keeping of soldered joint quality.
