FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: gas generator includes vertical gasification chamber, grate, air supply device, generated gas discharge device, vent pipe and extraction device of heat obtained from combustion of generator gas. The new feature consists in the fact that generated gas discharge device is installed above gasification chamber and made in the form of the bottom of gas combustion chamber. At the bottom there fixed are flame burners made in the form of connection pipes connecting the gasification chamber to gas combustion chamber. Heat removal device is made in the form of water heat exchangers installed in gas combustion chamber. Gas combustion chamber bottom is made of two parallel plates connected by means of a shell so that tight cavity to which air is supplied is formed between them. Air supply holes to gas combustion chamber are made on upper plate. Air supply holes are made on concentric circles; sleeves guiding the air flow to combustion zone are fixed on holes. Heat extraction device includes water jacket made on outer surface of gas generator housing and connected to heat exchangers installed in gas combustion chamber. Water heat exchangers are made in the form of tight reservoirs with water supply and discharge connection pipes consisting of metal plates connected by means of a shell. Holes connected by means of connection pipes are made in plates of heat exchangers.

EFFECT: reduction of costs for manufacture of gas generator and increase in its efficiency when using the device in heating systems of domestic and production premises.
