FIELD: optical instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: vertical dial of goniometer has nomograph. Distance between initial circle of it and lines of nomograph changes proportionally to cosine of inclination angle of sighting axis of telescope. Nomograph can be placed directly in field of vision of theodolite eye-piece or be projected there by means of optical system. Invention provides for possibility of use of eye-piece micrometer, turning of nomograph with the aid of gear transmission and change of diagram scale by panchromatic microscope.
