PROCESS OF TRANSPORTATION OF ROCK MASS TO DISPOSAL AREA OF STRIPPING Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to transportation processes in striplings with formation of dumps in worked out area of stripping. It can be used to fill with rock worked out stripping and ravines in road construction. Process combines linking of horizons by bearing flexible ties, for instance, by ropes, mounting of vessel with aerostat for free movement along them and its connection with another vessel with aerostat, loading of vessel and its travel by lifting force of aerostat, unloading of vessel and its return. Two bearing flexible lines are tightened from one loading point at upper horizon in the form of diverging branches to supporting points of lower horizons and flexible pulling link between vessels moving simultaneously along lines is carried out directly via drums of one winch by way of free or motor state of motion. In this case loading of vessel at upper horizon is conducted simultaneously with unloading of another vessel at lower horizon keeping constancy of sum of values of free lifting force of aerostats and mass of loaded cargo equal to value of useful lifting capacity of transportation vessel in mobile transportation circuit ( rope system ) in autonomous condition of functioning. If one line operates at angle beneath horizon, another line operates at angle above horizon and angles of inclination of lines are less than 5.0-6.5 degrees then flexible link between vessels is rendered closed circuit with usage of supporting points. EFFECT: more efficient formation of disposal areas and filling of worked out space without additional transport, provision for enhanced reliability and safety by structure of driving action and pulling circuit. 1 cl, 2 dwg
