FIELD: metal reinforced composition materials production. SUBSTANCE: surface of reinforcing fibre, made of based on nickel and iron alloy, has amorphous cerium oxide 0.5 - 10.0 mcm thick film, that makes role of diffusive barrier and prevents from formation of intermetallic compounds both during production of composition material and during composition material made pieces exploitation.
