FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: controller has driving shaft 1, control lever 11, rotating spider 4 with two pairs of centrifugal weights 5 and 12 mounted for permitting rotation with respect to spider 4, and two coaxially arranged clutches 6 and 13 mounted for axial movement and kinematically connected with rack 21 of fuel pump 22. The controller has gear transmission which kinematically connects spider 4 with driving shaft 1. First 5 and second 12 pairs of the centrifugal weights are mounted for permitting rotation in opposite directions. The spring 7 of minimum speed conditions is interposed between spring 9 of maximum speed conditions and main clutch 6 for permitting interaction with them. Spring 14 of intermediate speed conditions are interposed between auxiliary clutch 13 and lever 11 for permitting interaction with the latter. . EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
