SUBSTANCE: kinematics of the traditional three-speed governor is added with a guide rod fixed in the body, slide with a roller of the power lever installed on the guide rod for movement along it and linked with the control lever through the slide tie-rod, auxiliary spring furnished with a shackle installed for engagement with the roller installed in the body, through the spring of intermediate speed regimes - with the control lever, and through the rod and rod link - with the double-arm lever. The governor is furnished with one more auxiliary lever with a spring and roller installed in parallel with those mentioned above but operating in succession with them. The external speed characteristic is formed without any influence of the two springs engaged in the extension of the maximum speed spring. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
