FIELD: flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: mechanism consists of one or several folding sections hinged on axles. Mechanism is provided with spring having bearing part which are arranged in root of control surface or wing and connecting member in form of rope whose one end is secured to bearing part and other end is secured to peripheral section. Rope embraces all pivots of hinged joints of folding sections. Rope securing unit is made in form of balls attached to its ends and located in bearing part made in form of cup and in hole with slot formed in peripheral folding section. EFFECT: equality of forces of spring acting on sections is maintained since opening is effected at constant arm in each hinged joint. 2 cl, 3 dwg
