FIELD: space monitoring of natural environments.
SUBSTANCE: probes, set at group of spacecrafts change of critical frequency is registered on basis of two coordinates: flight route and height. Resulting turbulence D of density of electronic concentration is calculated as sum of turbulences dispersion on basis of coordinates. Change s of D are tracked as series of measurements at consecutive coils and time of impact and magnitude are calculated. Coordinates of projection of hypothetic center of impact on ionosphere are determined as point of intersection of radius-vectors, guiding cosines of which are calculated via their projections on ascending and descending coils of orbits.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, higher efficiency.
